At Vellièri, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.
- The correct barcode is intact and unaltered.
- The item has not been resized, engraved, or otherwise customized after purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom engraved or made-to-order pieces — these are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events.
- Promotional gift items received with a qualifying purchase.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Vellièri.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@vellieri.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please reach out to support@vellieri.com. A small processing fee may apply if more than one return or exchange is requested within a 30-day period.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
Vellièri stands behind every piece we sell. If your jewelry develops a manufacturing defect or fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge — or issue a full refund if a remedy is not possible.
This guarantee covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including stones that fall out due to a manufacturing fault, broken clasps or settings, and any structural defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, this guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, which may provide additional protections beyond the 30-day period.
