Free Shipping on Every Order
At Vellièri, every order ships free — no minimum spend, no exceptions. We believe exceptional jewelry should come with an exceptional experience from the moment you check out.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect shipments once they are in transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5–9 business days. The full delivery window from order placement to arrival is therefore approximately 7–12 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Vellièri ships to the United States and across Europe, all with free shipping included. We are continuously working to expand our reach — if your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@vellieri.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vellièri has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Engraved & Custom Orders
Custom engraved pieces are made-to-order and require additional production time before dispatch. If your order contains both standard and engraved items, they may arrive in separate parcels — you will receive individual tracking information for each.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@vellieri.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
